Once your Trip Design Form is received, we’ll send you a link to our calendar to schedule an initial phone consultation. At this time, we want to get to know YOU and your personal trip style and vision. After our call, if we both feel like we’re a good fit, we will send you a client agreement and invoice for our research & design fee. A traveler/travel advisor relationship should be comfortable, intuitive and absolutely mutual.

*Professional fees are based on the length and complexity of each trip.

Based on our conversation and the information you’ve provided, we get started designing a proposal, tailored just for you, with recommendations for accommodations and activities that we think you’ll love. Once you review the proposal, we’ll fine-tune it until it is exactly how you desire.

Once your itinerary is perfected, we will confirm all of your bookings on your behalf. After securing the pillars of your trip such as flights and accommodations, we can then arrange personalized activities, private tours, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and anything else you are looking for. We will also alert you when deposits are due, how to obtain any required visas, and recommend a travel insurance policy. You’ll receive all of your confirmations along with a complete digital itinerary that can be accessed through your own personalized mobile app on and offline.

Your bags are packed, your finalized itinerary is in hand, and you are off on the trip of a lifetime. As always, we, along with our in-destination partners are here for you if you need anything while away.
